Two dates for the upcoming Blackhawks season were confirmed on Wednesday morning as part of a league-wide release. Chicago will open the season out west on Tuesday, Sept. 29 against the Vegas Golden Knights for a 9:30 p.m. puck drop, a game which will be nationally broadcast on ESPN as part of the league’s opening night.
