The Cleveland Browns will play their penultimate road game of the season on Sunday against the Chicago Bears. Cleveland is coming off a loss to the one-win Tennessee Titans in a game where the offense actually did something. Meanwhile, the Bears lost to the Green Bay Packers to fall from the No. 1 seed in […]

If trap games are real, then this is certainly one for the Chicago Bears. Sandwiched between two pivotal games against the Green Bay Packers sits a meeting with the 3-10 Cleveland Browns. If the Bears want to be taken seriously as a playoff team, and not as the “same old Bears,” then taking down an […]

The Chicago Bears Twitter Civil War was like nothing we had ever seen in sports social media. Fans of teams around the league would sit back with their popcorn GIFs and watch the Bears fan base tear themselves apart over one question: Should the Bears go with Justin Fields or Caleb Williams at quarterback? This […]

All good things must come to an end. But even if they do, there are good things to glean from those things that come to an end. At least that will be my stances after the Chicago Bears’ 5 game winning streak came to a halt at a frigid Lambeau Field. A game that saw […]

The Cleveland Browns and Chicago Bears face off in Week 15 of the 2025 season, with the teams going in different directions. The Bears got their quarterback in the 2024 NFL draft and found a head coach to help him this last offseason, much like the New England Patriots. The Browns hope Shedeur Sanders can […]

As the Chicago Bears prepare for their 14th game of the season against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday, the first official team injury reports for week 15 have been released. The Bears had a walk-thru practice on Wednesday, so player participation listed on the injury report is an estimation. Altogether, just two Bears were listed […]

With two open practice squad spots, it felt like it was only a matter of time before the Chicago Bears would fill (at least) one vacancy. And according to the Chicago Tribune’s Brad Biggs, they are set to do so with the addition of linebacker Ty Summers.
Here is the reporting from Biggs, who provides a little bit of background on the coming transaction:
#Bears signed LB Ty Summers to the practice squad. This is the sixth team the former TCU product has been with. Originally a 7th rou...

Leave it to Ben Johnson to say the right thing at the right time.
The first-year Chicago Bears head coach has quite the task in front of him. On the one hand, he needs to rally the troops after a gut-wrenching loss against the Green Bay Packers in a rivalry game that took an emotional and physical toll on a team trying to establish itself as a contender this season. Learning from that loss won’t be easy, but it is necessary in order to move on to what is on the horizon. And on the other h...

The Chicago Bears lost to the Green Bay Packers… again. The feelings coming off the loss on Sunday were tough, no doubt about it. With a pair of practice squad roster spots available, it makes sense that the Chicago Bears hosted more than a handful of players for tryouts on Tuesday. And while the Bears have bigger fish to fry, there is nothing wrong with bringing in some players who could conceivably round out the practice squad as we get deeper into December. A little depth never hurt anyone. Plus, it is always good to freshen up the Rolodex every once in a while.

Caleb Williams’ performance against the Packers ended on an interception, a play Williams admitted on Sunday evening he needed to deliver a better ball on to tight end Cole Kmet.
Personally, I think he needed to be a tick earlier on the release, and the ball itself would have been fine, but we’re splitting hairs at this point. The fact that we can even have a conversation about that end zone interception in the closing seconds is because Williams drove the Bears down to that spot on the f...

1. I must admit, I’m a little shocked at how much everyone is praising the Chicago Bears for losing so competitively to the Green Bay Packers. Of course, I agree the Bears played well, especially in the second half. But eventually, we have to get to a point where we expect the Bears to win […]

This is starting to look like a lost year for Kyler Gordon.
The 25-year-old cornerback has been limited to three games this season because of a variety of injuries. Sunday’s game against the Green Bay Packers should have marked his fourth appearance of the season. It was set to be his second game back after returning from a stint on injured reserve. Unfortunately, for the Bears, it wasn’t meant to be. Gordon suffered a groin injury during pre-game warmups and did not play. Chicago’s defen...
