Panthers close trip with 6-2 win over Maple Leafs

The Florida Panthers finished up its five-game road trip with a 6-2 victory over the Toronto Maple Leafs at Scotiabank Arena to get back to NHL .500. Luostarinen opned the scoring just twenty-three seconds into the tilt when he blindly drove4 the rebound of Samsokevich’s miss, that caromed off the end boards, through the legs of Joseph Woll. After receiving a cr...

Sunday Dawg Chow (4/12): Finding joy in draft shenanigans

The NFL is deep into preparations for the 2026 NFL Draft, which means it is time for smokescreens, leaked reports about players rising or falling on draft boards, and the usual shenanigans associated with draft season. The Cleveland Browns are always in the mix because, as “everyone knows,” general manager Andrew Berry can’t resist making […]

5 Defensive End Draft Options For The Indianapolis Colts

As the Indianapolis Colts look ahead to the 2026 NFL Draft, reinforcing the defensive line, particularly at defensive end (EDGE), is a priority. Fortunately, the 2026 class […]

No One Should Be Surprised

With the Nashville Predators and the Los Angeles Kings winning their respective games today, the Winnipeg Jets needed the same result in their game against the Philadelphia Flyers if they wanted any legitimate chance at making the playoffs. Mathematically, the Jets wouldn't be eliminated from the race, but the required wins and losses to get in are at their maximums after tonight's woeful, uninspired 7-1 hammering at the hands of the Flyers. For a team that needed to be at its best to make the...

Orioles overcome injuries in 6-2 win over Giants

Tonight was a weird one. The MASN broadcast booth got its second consecutive day off with Baltimore playing on national television. The Orioles defense added insult to some unfortunate injuries, and Chris Bassitt looked better despite experiencing some more bad luck. A runner was called out for interference, Ryan Helsley pitched in a non-save situation, […]

The Horseshoe Faithful have spoken again! This time, I wanted to make it a little bit different, and more of ‘just for fun’ survey questions, but two answers I was hoping to find this week were. As it relates to newly projected Colts starters, which right now are safety Hunter Wohler, Jalen Travis, and Akeem […]

Red Sox Ambush Cardinals at the End of the Game, 7-1

The Cardinals entered the night with a robust 8-5 record while the Red Sox were trying to avoid their 10th loss of the young season. The game was broadcast on Fox so we were given some Smoltz announcing action, which could be described as a mix of lackluster and uninformed. Kyle Leahy was smooth and […]

2026 NFL Mock Draft: Dallas Cowboys choose cornerback

Jermod McCoy, CB, Tennessee As the old idiom goes, defense wins championships, not the Dallas Cowboys. Coming off an historically bad (even by Dallas standards) season for almost all recorded and reported defensive statistics, the Arlington Brain Trust has come to the brilliant conclusion that trading away the 20th pick in this 2026 draft would […]

Miami Dolphins Discussion: Worst Of All Time Edition

We talk a lot about the best players to ever play for our Miami Dolphins, but what is the worst player or players to ever play for the Dolphins? I don’t mean the guy that made it a season and then was set free, or the guy that got drafted or signed, and then couldn’t […]
