Green Wins USA 1,500-Meters Championship

Washington's men's mile championship era extended to the USA Outdoor Championships for the first time today, as 2025 grad Nathan Green captured his second U.S. title and first outdoors with a victory in the 1,500-meters at Icahn Stadium in New York. Green swept the 2026 American titles at the distance, winning the indoor title back in March as well.
